Boomi commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study and examine the potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying the Boomi AtomSphere Platform. The purpose of this study is to provide readers with a framework to evaluate the potential financial impact of the Boomi AtomSphere Platform on their organizations.

To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with this investment, Forrester interviewed six customers with experience using the Boomi AtomSphere Platform. For the purposes of this study, Forrester aggregated the experiences of the interviewed customers and combined the results into a single composite organization.

Prior to using the Boomi platform, the interviewed customers used multiple, disjointed software tools for integration that required significant custom coding and provided no capabilities for business units to build real-time integration solutions designed to create new revenue streams. Moreover, the lack of an integrated approach meant that information silos remained between departments, while the lack of consistent processes and access to quality data slowed down innovation and time-to-market.
